  • Status changes and transfers, newest first; "Show every event" lists the rest: PIC changes, documents, corrections, emails. A transfer groups the entries before it.
  • A survey event names what happened, never its values or reasons: those stay in Survey. Fraud Dispositions never come here.
  • Times are in the owning branch's zone.
