C3, step 2 of 4: the shots this Claim needs, from the capture template for its loss type (#650), then the Insurer's photo and video fields asked with the vehicle ("Asked by Asuransi Demo"), then the documents step 3 takes. Each group counts what is taken.
Documents by loss type: the SIM is not asked for theft, flood, riot or a natural disaster, and the police report only for theft. A theft has no vehicle to photograph, so it goes straight on to the documents.
Each item opens the camera with its guide. Capture opens only with location permission and a real fix (a network fix counts).
Only the engine number offers "Can't find it?", with a reason; every other required Slot blocks Check my photos.
Progress is saved on this phone, so the Client can stop and come back: the guide reopens where they stopped. Originals stay in the app's documents folder and upload in the background; with no signal they wait on the phone. Retaking a done item keeps the old one as "replaced".
If capture stops, reminders go at 2 h and 24 h (#660); at 48 h the Survey Gate dispatches a Surveyor.

Staff capture runs this guide too, from Start capture on a Claim or straight after FNOL registers, with the staff capture template's Slots (GET /api/claims/{id}/capture-template). The step line names the Capturer and the plate, and the Strict notice shows before the first shot. Back and Later return to the Claims tab, and staff never see C6.
The staff states draw a Workshop's capture at FNOL: the vehicle only, compared with the Workshop's location. A Surveyor's adds the documents, and its notice names surveyors.
Arriving from FNOL, the toast "Claim ACA-26-004881 registered" / "You're its contact at the workshop." shows; Later leaves the Claim as Capture due.

The guide lists the documents too, grouped after the vehicle and counted, so the Client sees everything the Claim needs; they are still taken in step 3. The mockup listed the vehicle Slots only, with "Your KTP, SIM and STNK come next, in step 3."
Newer source wins: the SIM and the police report follow the loss type (#650's amendment, 10 Oct), so Flood lists no SIM and Theft lists the police report.
The registration's toast ("Claim ACA-26-004871 registered", "We emailed you the number.") shows here, since the mockup's Registered screen goes.
The engine number's reason is "The engine cover hides it.", as the staff Documents tab shows it; the mockup's sample was "under the hood, no plate".
Staff capture is this guide in its staff states, where staff-app.html drew a stub of three Slots with Start capture; its line "Capture · Workshop · {plate}" takes the step count's place, and its Strict notice and registered toast keep their copy with Asuransi Demo and ACA-26-004881.
