C5, step 3 of 4: one collapsible card per document this Claim needs, each with its own live-camera photo from the camera; document photos never come from a file picker (CLI-05). An Insurer's document fields appear as extra cards, "Asked by Asuransi Demo".
The documents follow the loss type: the Driver's SIM is not asked for theft, flood, riot or a natural disaster, and the police report only for theft.
OCR reads each document as soon as its photo is taken (#657). A field the AI filled carries the AI icon; one the Client changed keeps it greyed, with what the AI read. Every field is editable, and the correction is stored beside the OCR value for the Surveyor.
The KTP's NIK is compared with the Policy's by blind index and never shown; the card says whether it matches.
Expiry is checked against the incident date, 24 Sep 2026 (CLI-07): an expired or lapsed item is flagged and never blocks; the Surveyor decides.
A photo too blurry to read: retake it, or type the details. Reading unavailable (503 CAPTURE_READING_UNAVAILABLE): type the fields or skip them, and Survey reads the stored original again when capture completes.
Dates use the DatePicker, a sheet on the phone, with a calendar icon.
Continue to the workshop opens C6 once every required document has a photo and its fields are read, typed or skipped.

Newer sources win: the reading-unavailable state (#657's amendment, 10 Oct), the documents by loss type (#650's amendment), and the STNK's 5-yearly validity, which the staff Documents tab reads and the mockup's card lacked.
Couldn't read is a banner in its card, not the mockup's toast as well: the card's own state.
Sample data matches the staff Documents tab: chassis MHKA1BA1JLJ012345, the engine read as 3NR-F123456 and corrected to 3NR-F123458, the annual tax due 02 Sep 2026 and lapsed, the 5-yearly validity 02 Sep 2029, the SIM class A valid until 14 Feb 2028, all taken 25 Sep 2026. The SIM is the Client's own, since "I was driving" is on in the report.
Not drawn: the mockup's "Signed claim form" card, a sample Insurer document field the staff Documents tab has no card for.
