Revoke Dimas Pratama's access?

Their next request is refused, and they go back to the Platform. Everything they opened stays listed.

  • Opened from Activity on any grant in the Grants list. Same key, supportAccess.grant: without it the page shows the 404 page in its content, with the Settings tabs and menu around it.
  • GET /support-grants/{id} for the summary and GET /support-grants/{id}/activity?page= for the list, both at once: newest first, 50 a page with no size select, the total in the heading. The page is in the URL; a page past the last opens the last.
  • A row is the time in the Active Organisation's zone, what was done, then the record's number when it has one and the level it was done at. An operation without words falls back to its record's kind. An expiry the system ran has no level.
  • Revoke is here while the grant is active, with the Grants list's dialog: POST /support-grants/{id}/revoke, then the grant is read again and its chip turns Revoked. No toast.
  • The summary names the problem level only, with the reach in words; the levels above it are not named.
  • While loading, the activity shows skeleton rows; a failed read is an alert with Retry.
  • Revoked grant keeps the active grant's rows and period: the grant carries no time or name for its end.
  • Last page is page 3; Previous on it goes back to page 1, as there is no page 2 drawn.
  • Policy numbers show on Policy rows as Claim numbers do; until backend sends them, a Policy row shows its level alone.
  • Sample: Dimas Pratama's active Surabaya grant, given 132 requests to draw three pages; Nothing opened yet is Ayu Lestari's new one.
  • spec → backend: the grant names the top of its line, so the summary can say "and the own records of Region Jawa and Asuransi Demo".
  • spec → backend: an ended grant carries when and by whom, so a revoked grant's period reads "from 10:30 WIB, revoked by Dewi Lestari at 13:32".
  • main → spec: without supportAccess.grant the page answers the 404 page in its content, with the Settings frame around it, in place of main's redirect to the landing page with "You don't have access to that page."
  • No access is the 404 page, in the page's content only: the Settings tabs and menu stay around it. Main's redirect with "You don't have access to that page." goes. (12 Oct 2026)
