A side panel over Cases, read only: a summary of the four facts people check first, then six tabs (the tabs work). Edit opens the case's form page; a closed case has none.
A person marks significant fraud. Its report is due 3 working days after the fraud becomes known, counted on the Insurer's holiday calendar, with Alerts to the investigators.
The case gets its OJK ID at its first export. Once reported, any change to it starts a 15-working-day clock to send OJK an update.
Perpetrators carry an identity snapshot. The ID stays masked to its first and last four characters until Show, which is audited; Hide masks it again. An unknown perpetrator gets an Insurer-made name and ID type 009.
The description PDF is generated from the case; Edit replaces it or puts the generated one back.
