Let Asuransi Demo chooseThe Surveyor picks a partner workshop when releasing the claim.

Choose a workshop, or let Asuransi Demo choose.

The list holds only Workshops with an active MoU with the Policy's Insurer, nearest first by straight-line distance from the Capture's last GPS fix. Each shows its name, distance and address, and a dealer chip where it is one; tier, rating and next available date are not shown (#180, #658).
Search filters by name or address as the Client types; when nothing matches it says so, and "Let Asuransi Demo choose" stays.
A Policy with an authorised-dealer clause shows only that make's dealers, and a banner says why.
Nothing is chosen at first, and Send waits for a choice. "Let Asuransi Demo choose" records a choice with no Workshop. With no Workshop nearby, or the list unreadable, Send records no choice. Either way the Surveyor picks at release (#644: chosen with no Workshop is told apart from not chosen).
Send records the choice and the list of items (#654), with the spinner on Send, then lands on Sent. A refused send is an alert at the top of the form, and the choice is kept.
Back returns to C5, the documents. Main has no Workshop read for the Client yet (/client/claims/{id}/workshops, #658) and no submission (#654).

Drafted: the Workshops' addresses (Jl. Ir. H. Juanda 88, Bekasi; Jl. Ahmad Yani 15, Bekasi; Jl. Raya Bekasi KM 21, Jakarta Timur) and Mitra Auto Service's "Toyota dealer" chip, beside the brief's names and distances.
Drafted: "Choose a workshop, or let Asuransi Demo choose." under a waiting Send; the failed send "Couldn't send your claim" / "Nothing is lost. Try again when you have signal." (C2's failed-send copy, reworded); the sample search "cikarang".
Nothing is chosen at first, where the mockup drew the nearest selected: a pre-ticked nearest would record a choice the Client never made.
A failed send is an alert at the top of the form, per the rule; the mockup draws no failed send.
The step and its progress sit at the top of the body, under a header holding Back and the title.
The Insurer's name replaces "ACA" in every line: "Asuransi Demo partners", "Let Asuransi Demo choose", "Send the claim to Asuransi Demo".
Newer source won: #658 (10 Oct) drops tier, rating and next available date, which the PRD's CLI-09 still lists. The dealer chip stays, as the mockup draws it.

ticket #678 → comment: C6 shows each Workshop's name, distance, address and dealer chip only. Nothing is chosen at first and Send waits for a choice. A failed send is an alert at the top of the form that keeps the choice. The copy names the Insurer, never "ACA".
ticket #658 → comment: each Workshop row carries its address, distance and a dealer flag, and the read says when the Policy's authorised-dealer clause narrowed the list. No tier, rating or next available date.

The app is drawn in the phone frame; at phone width the frame drops. (12 Oct 2026)
