No Member matches "yohanes"

Check the spelling, or search by email. Someone whose Membership ended isn't listed.

  • Needs membership.read ("See Members, their Roles and Supervisors"). Without it the Organisation menu has no Members item, and /settings/organisation/members shows the 404 block in the content section, the Settings tabs and menu staying around it (pick the Surveyor under Signed in as).
  • It reads GET /api/org-chart (membership.read): the Active Organisation, then its branches depth-first, each with its active Memberships, then its Invitations, open or expired. An Invitation's status is invited either way; whether it expired is read from expiresAt. An ended Membership never appears. Only the common errors apply.
  • One row per Membership, so a Person working at two branches has two rows: Andi Pratama and Rina Santoso each have one at head office and one at Surabaya (see At a branch).
  • The API has no paging, search or filter, so the page does all three over what it already holds: 10, 25 or 50 rows a page; the search matches a name or an email, ignoring case; Branch keeps one branch's rows. The Invited and Expired tags count what the search and Branch leave, filter the list by it (try them), and hide at 0.
  • Status: Active; Invited, with "until" and when it expires; Expired, with "since" and when it expired. Times are DD MMM YYYY, HH:mm in the Organisation's time zone, labelled. The root reads "Head office" in Branch.
  • Supervisor: the row carries only the Supervisor's Membership id, so the page names it from the rows it holds; none reads "–". At a branch, a Supervisor above it is not in the answer and can't be named.
  • A row opens the Member in a side panel over this list; there is no Actions column.
  • Not drawn, waiting for #184's grilling: Invite, Resend, Revoke, Remove, changing the Supervisor, the Overlap list and the org chart.
  • Laid out by the list-page rule inside the Settings frame, its column widened: the heading and its line above one tinted card holding the filter rows and the table, paged above and below, the name pinned left, the whole row opening the Member.
  • The heading sits above the card, as Policy import's does (.set-h2), since the Settings frame's own title is the page's h1.
  • Drafted: the tags' row label "Invitations:", its "No Invitations here.", the no-match card's "No Member matches "yohanes"" / "Check the spelling, or search by email. Someone whose Membership ended isn't listed.", and "Loading Members…".
  • Drafted: "Above this branch" for a Supervisor the branch's answer doesn't hold.
  • The search filters as you type, since nothing is fetched; the prototype shows its result on Enter. Branch offers the branches in the Scope: at a branch, no Head office.
  • Status chips carry their icon, as every Status chip does: Active (success), Invited (info, the mail icon), Expired (warning, the clock); the date-time sits under the chip. "You" is a neutral chip.
  • Head office holds 24 of the 38 rows (38 less the branch's 14), so page 1 at head office is ten of head office's own; Maya Kusuma's and Yusuf Hidayat's Invitations sit on later pages, where the tags reach them. The prototype keeps those two rows in the page so the tags really count and filter.
  • Sample: beyond the brief's named Members, the rows drawn add Joko Susilo, Bambang Kusnadi, Indah Permata, Nanda Ramadhani and Teguh Firmansyah at head office, and Bayu Prasetyo, Ahmad Fauzi, Eko Nugraha and Novi Anggraini at Surabaya. Surabaya's Surveyors report to Dewi Lestari; its other staff, Yusuf Hidayat and Sidoarjo's Agus Salim to Andi Pratama's Surabaya Membership.
  • Rows without a state of their own open Budi Setiawan's panel, the example; Andi Pratama's, Budi Setiawan's at a branch, Maya Kusuma's and Yusuf Hidayat's open theirs.
  • Loading draws five skeleton rows inside the table; a failed read shows INTERNAL's text and "Try again", as Policies does.
  • #184 → comment: the Members list exists, though the old mockup draws none: one row per Membership from GET /org-chart, Invitations among them as Invited or Expired with their expiry, the count tags for both, and search, Branch and paging done in the page over the one answer.
  • #184 → comment: the org chart names a Supervisor by its Membership id only, so at a branch a Supervisor above it can't be named. Either the row gains the Supervisor's name, or the screen keeps the drafted "Above this branch".
  • #184 → comment: the Organisation menu shows Members only with membership.read, after Company and before Roles; without the key the page is the 404 block, not the old mockup's redirect with a notice.
  • Members is a minimal list from the built GET /org-chart: name, email, branch, Roles, Supervisor and status, a row opening the Member. Invite, Resend, Revoke, Remove, Supervisor editing, the Overlap list and the org chart wait for #184's grilling. (12 Oct 2026)
